I’d like to introduce you to our guy, John.
If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve already met him.
If not, I’m honored to be the one to introduce you.
I recently had the pleasure of hanging out with John and a few of his hard-working clients at our City View location (Fort Worth, Texas) and everyone he trained had an amazing time.
John is one of the most focused and engaged trainers you will find, anywhere.
It’s clear that John wants you to succeed as much as you do. Maybe even more.
You can expect to be pushed hard, but you can also expect to be successful. He won’t let you fail.
To see what I’m talking about, check out the video below featuring John and his clients in action.
John has been an athlete his entire life, and this athletic lifestyle eventually led him to his collegiate baseball career.
Baseball was the springboard that launched him into the world of fitness.
He started his fitness career over three years ago working with clients in bootcamps and boxing classes. He got his Personal Trainer certification soon after that and is currently changing people’s lives through 1–1 and FFL Results sessions.
Like we always say here at FFL Results, ‘Everybody Has a Goal.’
This is Johns:
“My goal is not only to help my clients get physical results, but also to give them the knowledge to allow them to progress outside of our workouts. It’s my job to give them the workout plan as well as the tools necessary to succeed in their fitness journey both inside, and outside of the gym.”
It’s easy to see that John not only wants you to succeed while you’re with him in the gym. He also wants you to be successful after you leave.
John sums this up nicely when he talks about how training in the gym affects people in their everyday lives.
“A training lifestyle is different than any other. It requires sacrifice, perseverance, endurance, work ethic, and drive. All of those character traits transcend the realm of fitness and fit right in to any walk of life.”
John is a trainer who will do everything possible to help you achieve your goals.
Whatever your goal happens to be, he’ll be with you every step of the way, wanting it as bad as you do, and working hard to help you achieve it.
We’ll leave you with a timely piece of advice from the man himself.
“Don’t have an ego. Focus on what you CAN do, not what you see someone do on social media. Baby steps are still steps. Be patient, trust the process.”
